Privacy Policy

PacificDawnTide keeps almost no personal data. This page explains exactly what — and what we don't keep.

What we collect

PacificDawnTide does not require an account to play. We do not collect names, emails, addresses or account information unless you voluntarily submit them through the contact form. Server logs may retain anonymous request data (IP, user-agent, timestamp) for short periods, for security and abuse prevention.

Cookies and local storage

We use a few local-storage entries to remember your language, your age confirmation and your cookie choice. No third-party advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no analytics scripts are loaded by PacificDawnTide.

Third-party game frames

Demo games are embedded as iframes hosted by an external game provider. When you launch a game, your browser connects directly to that provider's domain to load it. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policy.

Contact form data

Messages submitted via the contact form are stored only long enough to reply. We do not use them for marketing and we do not sell them. You can ask us to delete a message at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you've sent us. Use the contact form and we'll act within a reasonable time. Children under 18 are not permitted to use PacificDawnTide.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the bottom. Material changes will also be flagged in the homepage footer for a couple of weeks.
